How It Works – WhatsApp Integration

Log in to your Macruit dashboard.

Navigate to the SMS Recruiting section from the main sidebar.

Open WhatsApp Settings by clicking on the dedicated tab at the top of the page.

Configure Provider: Choose between Twilio or Meta Official and enter your API credentials (Account SID/Phone ID and Token).

Save & Verify: Click the Save Connection button; Macruit will instantly verify your credentials with the provider.

Activate Number: Add your verified business phone number under the WhatsApp Numbers section to start messaging candidates directly.

Disconnecting the App

You can disconnect Macruit from your WhatsApp account at any time.

  1. Navigate to the SMS Recruiting section from the main sidebar.
  2. Open WhatsApp Settings by clicking on the dedicated tab at the top of the page.
  3. Click Disconnect Account.

Note: This will revoke Macruit's access to your WhatsApp Business account and stop automated messaging.
