We use AI exclusively to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden on recruitment teams while maintaining full human control over all hiring decisions.

Our resume parsing system uses natural language processing to extract structured information from candidate resumes and CVs.

  • Photographs or images
  • Age, date of birth, or any age-indicating information

3.2 AI-Assisted Search & Ranking

Our search and ranking system helps recruiters identify candidates whose qualifications match job requirements.

  • Job description requirements and qualifications
  • Candidate skills and experience data
  • Keyword and semantic matching criteria

Data NOT Processed:

  • Protected characteristics under applicable law
  • Social media profiles or personal online presence
  • Salary history or compensation expectations

3.3 Assessment Content Generation (MCQs & Coding Questions)

AI assists in generating assessment questions to evaluate candidate competencies. All generated content is reviewed by qualified professionals before use.

  • Technical domain knowledge requirements

Data NOT Processed:

  • Individual candidate personal data
